Hermes considers careful handling of personal data of the utmost importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us. Retention periods

Hermes will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above and to comply with laws and regulations. After it is no longer necessary to keep your personal data, we will delete it.

We may use other service providers who will act as processors, exclusively on our behalf, to process personal data. We enter into a processor agreement with this processor which obligates the processor to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Statement.

We do not provide personal data to third parties, unless we are required to do so by a statutory provision or a court or regulatory body ruling, or if this is necessary in the interests of preventing, detecting or prosecuting criminal offenses (such as fraud, deceit or embezzlement) or if you have given your consent.

You have certain rights regarding your personal data. This applies in particular to the rights of access, rectification, restriction, objection, deletion and data portability. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent you may have to data processing. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.

We respect the privacy of every data subject and ensure that personal data is treated confidentially and with the utmost care. Access to personal data is restricted to prevent unauthorized access, modification or misuse and is only permitted to our employees on a need-to-know basis.
